Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@xxxxlsize.com with your order number.

• Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or altered.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if an order is cancelled before shipping.

• If your cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
